Fees
We are a private setting and therfore not formally linked to any of the local schools as a consequence if your child is going to be absent from our setting we need to be contacted directly. Failure to contact us we will have to follow our Missing Child Procedures.
We encourage eligible parents or carers to claim the childcare element of working tax credits. We are also registered for childcare vouchers and childcare choices.
Fees are payable by the 1st of each month.
Fees can be paid by childcare vouchers, childcare choices, electronic transfer, cash or direct debit.
LATE COLLECTION FEES
Little Flyers closes promptly at 6:00pm or 6:30pm depending on which session you have booked.
The hall and staff are only booked until this time. Therefore, if children are collected beyond your session time we incur a cost.
The late collection fee of £6 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
If your child is only booked in to the club until 6:00pm then the late collection fee will be applied.
Late fees will be added to the next invoice
